1. Who We Are
NYX Telecommunications Limited (“NYX-TEL”, “we”, “us”) is a Hong Kong registered telecommunications carrier (Business Registration No. 62161747) supplying wholesale DID numbers, SIP trunking and related voice services on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect the data of our business customers and their authorised contacts.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the data reasonably necessary to provision, bill and support telecom services, including:
- Account & identification data: company name, registration number, authorised contact name, business email, phone number and billing address.
- Technical data: IP addresses, SIP credentials, API keys, interconnect details, number assignments and traffic metadata needed for routing and billing.
- Usage & traffic data: call detail records (CDRs), minutes, destinations, capacity and service-quality telemetry used for billing and fraud prevention.
- Compliance data: licensing documentation, regulator-required identification and lawful-access records where applicable.
3. Why We Collect It
We process data only for legitimate business purposes:
- Account creation, provisioning and ongoing service delivery.
- Billing, invoicing, settlement and credit assessment.
- Fraud detection, abuse prevention and traffic analysis.
- Regulatory, licensing and lawful-access compliance in the jurisdictions where numbers are assigned or traffic terminates.
- Support, incident response and network operations.
4. Payment & Card Data
NYX-TEL does not store full card numbers or CVV codes. Payment and card data is processed securely by third-party payment providers and our banking partners. We retain only the transaction reference and masked identifiers required for reconciliation and accounting. Bank transfer details and remittance references are handled in line with our banking partner’s terms.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer data. Data may be shared only with:
- Payment processors and banking partners (for settlements and refunds).
- Telecom partners, carriers and numbering authorities (to deliver, port and maintain the services you order).
- Public authorities where legally required, including lawful interception, regulator requests and tax obligations.
- Service providers acting on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention & Security
We retain data for as long as necessary to deliver the services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. Traffic and billing records are retained in line with applicable telecommunications and tax law. We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access control, audit logging and least-privilege access — to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
7. Your Rights & Requests
Business customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by NYX-TEL, subject to legal retention obligations. To make a request, or to ask any question about how your data is handled, contact us at info@nyx-tel.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. International Transfers
Because our services are international, data may be processed outside the country where it was collected. We take steps to ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data protection law.
9. Changes
NYX-TEL may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The latest version is always available at this page.
